Here, you can add new agents to your fleet, edit their information, and manage their account status. *** ## Navigating to the Agents Page - Within the Autozod panel, in the left-side menu, click on the “Agents” icon to navigate to the "Agents" page. ![](https://api.archbee.com/api/optimize/A6k4A417O1V2DGm4H5kN0/4hp8dwxz0AT-SIZC2MP2A_image.png) *** ## Team Overview At the top of the page, you will see a summary section that gives you a quick overview of your team. - **Total Agents:** Total number of agents added - **Active Now:** Agents currently online and available - **On Task: **Agents currently delivering orders - **Offline:** Agents not active at the moment ![](https://api.archbee.com/api/optimize/A6k4A417O1V2DGm4H5kN0/HSyTvMnULmJHz69EFWx6K_image.png) *** ## Adding a New Agent - To add a new delivery agent, click on "Add New Agent." ::Image[]{src="https://api.archbee.com/api/optimize/A6k4A417O1V2DGm4H5kN0/Hc7Fd1c2KByLodAmF5jW9_image.png" size="68" width="767" height="506" position="center" darkWidth="767" darkHeight="506" showCaption="false"} ### Fill the Basic Details - Fill in the basic details of the agent, such as their **name, email address, and contact number (with country code)**. You will also need to **create a password **for their login. Optionally, you can also upload a profile photo of the agent. :::hint{type="info"} **Note:** The sign-up button is also available on the driver apps for any rider to register. Therefore, the Driver can directly sign up from the Driver app as well ::: :::hint{type="warning"} **Note:** If a driver signs up on their own using the Driver App, they will be set to **“Suspended” **by default. This is useful when you need to set specific earnings structures for selected drivers. You can also configure **individual driver earnings** directly from the **Agents** section. This provides greater flexibility for businesses that work with drivers on different commission models, incentive structures, or contractual agreements. If you want to set a different payout structure for a specific driver, simply **enable the Override Earnings **option for that driver and configure their individual earnings accordingly. :::hint{type="info"} **Note: **To learn how to configure the earnings structure, refer to the [Driver Earnings Configuration](https://help.hyperzod.com/driver-earnings#setting-up-driver-earnings-rules) guide.
