Instead of buying one large package and paying for parts you will never use, you choose the individual modules your business actually needs and pay only for those. Every module is a complete product in its own right. The Ordering App, the Merchant App, the Driver App, and the Ordering Website can each be taken on their own or combined into a full quick commerce operation. The Admin Panel is included by default with every setup, so you always have a place to run and monitor your business. :::hint{type="success"} **Note:** Current pricing is always published on [Hyperzod's Pricing Page](https://www.hyperzod.com/pricing) ::: *** ## How Hyperzod Pricing Works Pricing consists of three components: - **Module Subscription:** A recurring monthly or yearly fee for each module you enable - **Success Fee:** A recurring, usage-based fee of 0.99% on each successful order. - **Setup Fee:** A one-time fee of $300 per module for full technical setup and store launch. *** ## The Modules and What They Cost Modules can be combined in any way. There is no required bundle and no minimum number of modules. - **Ordering Website: $29/month** Your branded web storefront where customers can browse and place orders. - **Ordering App: $99/month** Your branded iOS and Android apps for customers to browse and place orders. - **Merchant App: $79/month** The app merchants use to receive, accept, and prepare orders. - **Driver App: $79/month** The app drivers use to manage deliveries, including AutoZod dispatch. ### Ordering Website Your customer-facing storefront on the web, published on your own domain. Customers browse merchants and products, place delivery or pickup orders and pay online, without downloading anything. ### Ordering App Your fully white labelled iOS and Android customer apps, published under your own App Store and Play Store accounts with your logo and icon. This is where location based merchant discovery, live order tracking, loyalty, wallet, push notifications and North AI recommendations live. ### Merchant App The operational side of the platform. Stores receive incoming orders, accept them, update preparation status and manage their own catalogue and availability. In a multi vendor marketplace each merchant gets their own access. ### Driver App The app your delivery riders use to receive tasks, navigate and mark deliveries complete. Autozod, the automated dispatch and driver management system, is part of this module and carries no separate charge. ### Admin Panel Included by default rather than sold as a module. This is where you manage merchants, customers, orders, catalogues, payouts, settings and reporting, and where you export your data. ### AI Shopping Assistant The AI Shopping Assistant is an AI-powered add-on that helps customers discover products and merchants, ask questions, get personalized recommendations, and complete their shopping journey through a conversational experience. The trial starts immediately when the feature is enabled. After the 14-day trial ends, the AI Shopping Assistant automatically continues as a paid add-on at **$19/month**, and the subscription fee is charged automatically. ::: *** ## Monthly and Yearly Billing You can pay monthly or yearly. **Yearly billing takes 20% off your recurring subscription.** The discount applies to the module fees. You can switch from monthly to yearly at any point, not only at signup or renewal. If your first few months go well and you want to lock in the lower rate, you can move across whenever you decide to. :::hint{type="info"} **Note:** The 20% discount applies to recurring module subscriptions. The success fee and the one time setup fee are separate and are not discounted. ::: *** ## The 0.99% Success Fee A flat 0.99% is charged on each successful order that flows through the platform. ### What it covers The success fee buys you unlimited scalability. It covers unlimited server capacity for your customers, your menu and content data, and your order processing, all hosted on Amazon AWS with 99.99% uptime. That means there is no order ceiling on your account. You will never be told you have outgrown your plan and need to buy more capacity. *** ## The One Time Setup Fee The setup fee is **$300 per module** and is charged once. When you take it, a full team handles your technical setup end-to-end: - Cloudflare and domain setup - Google Map API activation - Anti fraud API quotas - Email and SMS service configuration - Push notification setup for each app - App registration - Logo and icon customisation - Certificates and provisioning profiles on the App Store - Compiling the Android and iOS applications - App Store and Play Store listings - Liaising with store support until your apps are approved That last point is the one most businesses underestimate. App store review is a process with its own rules and rejection reasons, and having someone handle the back and forth with Apple and Google is usually the difference between launching in weeks and launching in months. *** ## What the Monthly Subscription Covers The recurring fee is not just access to software. It covers the entire operational cost of running the solution. - **Maintenance and infrastructure: **Server management, monitoring and uptime are handled for you. - **Lifelong free updates: **Every improvement we ship reaches your platform. - **Compliance and security: **The platform integrates a large number of third party libraries, payment gateways, email and SMS services and other critical integrations. All of them are updated continuously to maintain compliance, security and functionality. - **Support: **Live chat support with a response time of up to 24 hours, though we aim to respond faster. Server management and IT maintenance are both significant overheads for any business running its own stack. Removing them is a large part of what the subscription is actually paying for. *** ## When Billing Begins and What Happens Next Your monthly subscription begins on the first day of onboarding, which is when platform provisioning happens. At that moment, your portal becomes live on servers. You can immediately start configuring your business, adding stores, building catalogues, and setting up menus. Your content is visible and usable from day one. *** ## Where Pricing Sits in the Hyperzod Ecosystem Each module you subscribe to is one part of a connected operation. - Customers order through the **Ordering App** or **Ordering Website**. - Orders appear instantly in the **Merchant App**, where stores accept and prepare them. - **Autozod** assigns delivery tasks automatically. - Drivers complete deliveries through the **Driver App**. - You monitor and control the entire operation from the **Admin Panel**.
