This segment will automatically include all customers who have not yet placed a completed order. - Next, create a **Public Coupon**. - Under the **Eligible Customers** section, select the segment you created. With this configuration, the coupon will only be visible and redeemable by customers who belong to that segment (i.e., first-time customers).
