# How To Export Admin Order Reports?

This feature is tailored to streamline your business operations by allowing you to download comprehensive reports for various purposes, including billing or merchant payouts. Effortlessly export all your order data to gain insights, facilitate accurate billing processes, and manage financial transactions seamlessly. 



To the left, click on "Analytics"

Then click "Reports" from the dropdown menu

Choose the date range to view order reports for the selected period.

# Review Order Reports

Select one or multiple stores from the dropdown, and the data will appear for viewing.

# Exporting Order Data

- **Export: **Now to export the order data in Excel format, click on the Export button

- **Pick Date:  **Choose a date range

- **Merchants: **Either you can download for All Merchant, or for one or selected stores through Custom Merchant.

- **Columns:** Select all information or specific order details like commissions, delivery fees, subtotal, customs charges, or more.

- Lastly, click "Export," and your Excel file will be downloaded.

# Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

**Can I extract rider, customer, and restaurant information via CSV?**

Yes, you can export **customer and merchant information** as CSV files. Rider earnings can be exported through **Autozod Panel > Task History** for a specified time period; however, rider profile details such as names and other rider information cannot currently be exported.

- **Rider information:** Go to **Autozod Panel > Task History** and generate a report for the required period to access rider earnings. 
- **Customer information:** Go to **Admin Panel > Customers** and export the customer data. 
- **Merchant information:** Go to **Admin Panel > Merchants** to export merchant data directly. You can also use **Auto-login** to access an individual merchant account and export order-related reports from **Reports**. 
- **Order reports for all merchants:** Go to **Admin Panel > Analytics > Reports** to generate and export order reports for all merchants at once.

**How long do the reports take to generate?**

Reports are generated once an order is marked as Completed and are typically available for download.

**Are the cancelled orders also included in the reports?**

Yes. Cancelled orders can also be included in the reports. When generating a report, select Cancelled under Order Status to include cancelled orders.

You can also customize the report based on the data you need. Reports can be generated by Order or by Product, and you can select the relevant columns to include additional details in the exported report.
