It's a crucial setting that allows you to specify your operational hours, including opening and closing times, ensuring that customers can place orders within the designated working hours.

## Navigating to the Store Timings page

- On the Merchant panel, click on "Settings."

- Then click "Store Timing" within the settings section.

## How To Configure Your Store Timings?

- Enable the business hours setting to configure your opening and closing hours.

**Note:** It's mandatory to enable and configure your business hours if you offer [Order Scheduling](https://help.hyperzod.com/general#B8tXg) options to customers.

:::hint{type="info"}
**Note: **When a merchant's store is **closed **or **not accepting orders**, the merchant image is intentionally displayed in **black and white **on both the website and mobile applications. This visual indicator helps customers quickly identify that the store is currently unavailable for ordering.

- Enter your opening and closing times in 24-hour format from the dropdown or by typing textually.

**Note:** The timezone will be automatically set from the Admin panel [General Settings](https://help.hyperzod.com/c6yt-general#IpLyZ).

**Note: **The platform does not support configuring separate store timings for different order types. You can define only a single set of store operating hours for each merchant, which applies uniformly across all order types.

- Use the "+ Add Shift" button to add multiple shifts for the day.

- Toggle availability or unavailability for each day.

- Lastly, click **Save **to update the configured timings.
