## How To Invite Users With Limited Access?

As your business grows, you'll likely need to give other team members, like managers, marketing staff, or customer support agents, access to your admin panel. The "Users and Permissions" section allows you to invite new users and manage who has access to your platform's backend.

## How to Access the Users and Permissions Page

- On the Admin panel, click on "Settings."

- Then click "Users and Permissions."

### How to Invite a New User 

To invite a new member or collaborator with limited access to the Admin panel, click "Invite."

- Enter the email address of the new member or collaborator

**Note: **An Admin user cannot also be a Merchant user, and vice versa. Therefore, once an email address is invited as an Admin user, it cannot be used to invite the same user as a Merchant user.

- Choose the specific permissions you wish to grant. Adjust the settings and access level by selecting the appropriate options from the list.

Finally, click on the **"Save"** button to send the invitation. Users can now check their emails to accept the invitation and set up their login details.

**Note:** If you prefer your business email to be displayed when inviting users, ensure that your [Email Service Provider](https://help.hyperzod.com/notification#configure-email-sms-service) is properly configured.

In case the user does not receive the invite due to potential delivery issues (as no Email service provider guarantees 100% deliverability), resend the invite from the list. The list also provides options to edit permissions or delete users.

**How can I grant restricted access to the Admin Panel?**

To provide limited or restricted access to a user:

- Navigate to **Users & Permissions** in the Admin Panel. 
- Click on **Invite User**.

- Assign the appropriate **roles and permissions** based on the level of access you want to grant. 
- Save the changes. 

This allows you to control what sections and actions the user can access within the Admin Panel.

**How can I send Admin Panel access invitations using my own branding?**

To ensure Admin Panel access invitations reflect your company branding, configure your **Email Service Provider** in the system.

Navigate to **Settings > Notifications > Channel Settings**, select your preferred email provider, and enter the required credentials.

Once configured, all invitation emails will be sent using your branded email settings.
