### Introduction

In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to migrate your [Meta Business Account](https://business.facebook.com/business/loginpage/) from your existing BSP (Business Solution Provider) to our WhatsApp Marketing app. Before proceeding, ensure you have an existing and verified[ WhatsApp Business Account](https://business.whatsapp.com/) (WABA) linked to your [Meta Business Account](https://business.facebook.com/business/loginpage/).

### Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have the following:

- A Meta (Facebook) Business Account.
- A verified WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) - Recommended
- A new phone number or a live phone number you plan to migrate.

If you're migrating from an existing BSP make sure to disable 2FA for the phone number at your source BSP

- Admin access to your company’s Meta Business Account.



**Note**: During this process, you can either create a new Meta Business Account or select an existing one. We recommend using an existing Meta Business Account if someone in your company has already created and verified it. 

### Onboarding Steps

- **Click on 'Start Onboarding'** 
  To get started with intilizating your Whatsapp Marketing dashboard with your credentials you'll have to start the onboarding.

- **Proceed with 'Complete Verification'**
  Once the system generates your app and access token it will prompt you to 'Complete Verification'

- **Proceed with 'Continue with Facebook'**
  This is where the onboarding process starts which will be a multi-step onboarding to attach your WABA (Whatsapp Business Account) with our Marketing app.

- **Get Started**
  Select "Get Started" to begin providing business information.

- **Enter Business Information & Display Name**
  Fill in your business details, select a display name, and choose the relevant category for your business.

- **Choose or Create WhatsApp Business Account (WABA)**
  Select an existing WABA or create a new one.

- **Phone Number Verification**
  Enter the verification code sent to your registered phone number.

- **Review Permissions**
  Click 'Continue' to accept the permissions being given.

- **Finish Embedded Signup**
  H

- **Confirm WABA ID and Phone Number**
  Verify the WABA ID and your phone number.

- **Wait for the Docker to finalize.**
  Congratulations! You are now ready to send messages through the WhatsApp Marketing app. Now wait for the screen to see the App ID and other relevant Information.
