How To Add A Pop-up?

Pop-ups are a powerful way to communicate directly with your customers when they visit your store. You can use them to announce special sales, share important information, or display promotional images.

Navigating to the Popups Page

Navigate to your admin panel, then click on "Promotions."

Then click "Popups."

To create a new popup, click "Create New."

Title

This is an internal name for your reference only; customers will not see it. Make it descriptive so you can easily identify it later.

Status

Set the popup's state as "active" or "inactive" as per your choice.

Location

Choose for whom the popup will appear.

Global: On setting it to "Global," the popup will appear on all the merchants.

Merchants: If you want to set the popup to appear for specific merchants, set it to "Merchant" and choose the merchants from the dropdown list accordingly.

Action Type

This setting controls what happens when a customer taps on your popup. It lets us choose between 5 different options to use. It allows us to choose whether the popup will remain static or customers can click on the popup to reroute to a particular web page.

Image: This is the standard, straightforward option. You will be shown a box to upload your image file. This is best for simple visual advertisements.

HTML: This is an advanced option that gives you complete creative control. Instead of a single image, you can build a custom popup using simple code.

Customer Segmentation

Choose who is eligible to use this coupon.

All Customers: Any customer can see the popup.

Specific Customer Segment: You can limit to show the popup to a pre-defined group of customers (e.g., "New Customers"). You can configure a segment by going to the Segmentation part in the Admin Panel.

Frequency

Set "Frequency" if the popup will appear once or show every time a user lands on the website.

Visible On

The Visible On option lets you choose where the popup will appear. If not set, it shows on both web and mobile.

Important: Before you save, you can preview it on the screen that appears on the right side so that you know how the popup is going to look.

Upload "Image" as easily as dragging and dropping or selecting them from the computer.

Lastly, click "Save."

The popup is successfully added. Now, your customers will find the popup once they land on your website.
