your home page is the first impression of your store, and the theme editor makes it simple to customize with options to add a welcome banner, apply header and footer html/css styling, and include custom sections, you can tailor your homepage to perfectly represent your brand these features allow you to highlight your brand's uniqueness while providing customers with a seamless browsing experience navigate to theme editor from your admin panel, click on settings in the left side navigation menu find and click on theme accessing the home page select the home page from the dropdown click to switch the view between desktop or mobile understanding the sidebar menu home page – customize the main landing page where users first arrive rearrange sections, edit content, and adjust the layout add custom sections – insert additional components not included in the pre built template, such as custom code or special blocks upload assets – upload images or files here you can copy their links and use them in custom css for styling or design branding setup – personalize your store’s identity by adding your logo, adjusting background/text colors, and linking social media accounts customizing your homepage sections your homepage is built in sections, like building blocks the panel on the left (header, welcome banner, etc ) shows these sections to edit one, simply click its name header (design changes) the header is the very top section of your website that appears on every page for customizing the header/sidebar menu, navigate to header menu click on the header in the section list to edit you can also use custom css to go beyond the standard options, for example, adding a border, changing colors, or applying other custom styles welcome banner this is the first, most prominent visual your customers see it's your chance to make a great first impression move to the welcome banner in the section list and click change to edit supported format you can either media upload your own file (like a jpg, png, svg animations) or select youtube to embed a video directly recommended size use a 1 1 format image or video for the welcome banner if using a video, it should be in mp4 format and up to 10 mb in size layout choose the banner's position—whether it should appear on the left or cover the entire screen at the center add custom sections (homepage) from the left sidebar, use the + icon to easily pick & add a custom element to the selected page similarly, you can add more elements if required this section allows you to add unique, custom built content blocks to your homepage custom sections allow you to add elements that aren't part of the default layout, giving you the flexibility to include unique content that fits your brand's needs for example, you can add sections like customer testimonials, business details, and more that aren't already available in the standard design basic knowledge of html and css is required to customize these sections if you're not familiar with coding, you may need to work with a css designer to implement advanced customizations use case as seen in the preview, this is perfect for creating visually rich sections like "work full or flexi hours" for driver recruitment or "list your restaurant" for merchant acquisition footer (design changes) the footer is the section at the very bottom of every page it's typically used for important links, contact information, and social media icons for customizing the footer menu, navigate to footer menu click on footer in the section list by making use of the custom css and html, you can make changes to the predefined styles frequently asked questions (faq) i made a change, but i don't see it on my live website this is the most common issue, and the solution is simple! the theme editor works in a "draft" mode your changes are not automatically made live you must click the publish button in the top right corner of the editor to apply your changes to your public website if you navigate away without saving, your work will be lost how do i change the "hyperzod 2025 all rights reserved" text in the footer? to change the text and add your own brand's text simply navigate to the global settings > "header and footer" > click on the "footer" and there you will have the option of "copyright text" which you can change the text accordingly can i see how my website will look on a mobile phone before i save? yes, in the top right corner of the editor, you'll see icons for desktop and mobile views click the phone icon to switch the live preview to a mobile screen this is essential for checking how your design looks on a smaller device and for configuring mobile only features how can i change the "welcome" text on the welcome banner? in order to change the welcome text, you can simply navigate to admin panel > settings > language > language client and then change the desired text accordingly can i remove the default home page with the “welcome, login, or signup” fields and set the discovery page as my home page? yes, this is possible if your store is a multi vendor , you will need to provide a default address that can be used to bypass the customer login/signup screen and redirect users directly to the discovery page this can be done by navigating to the admin panel > settings > google map > "enable default location for clients" and then put in the adddress so that the next time user comes they land on directly to the "discovery page" with the preset location however, if your store is already a single store then after the customer fills out the location, they will be taken directly on to the "discovery page" how can i make custom changes to my store that are not available by default in the platform? you can implement such changes by using custom html and css , which allow you to adjust layouts, styles, and elements according to your specific requirements you can simply add the option of custom html and css by clicking on the "add elements" option in the left panel > click on "custom code" and then you can utilizie it accordingly i clicked the add elements (+) button, but i only see a few options like "image with text" and "custom code " are there more pre built sections, or do i have to build everything myself? the theme editor allows you to customize different pages, and the number of available elements changes depending on which page you're on the homepage is very simple by design and has limited "add elements" options the discovery page is your main browsing hub and has a much larger library of powerful, pre built sections the merchant page allow you to make changes in that specific merchant
