how to configure language settings? the language setting is designed to facilitate translation and selection of the primary language for the customer ordering website and ordering apps all customer facing text can be customized within these settings, allowing you to edit and personalize as needed you can enable multiple languages, set a default language, and modify translations for every section of the user interface note this setting does not affect the translations of your backend panels (admin or merchant) for backend translations, you can use google translate for the admin panel and translate the merchant panel directly from here navigating to the language page on the admin panel, click on "settings " then click on the "language" tab set customer default language choose the default opening language for your customer ordering website and ordering apps the website and apps will open in the default language for users who have not selected a preference if you cannot find the default language in the dropdown, search for or add your language in the next step add / remove language use this setting to search for your language or remove unnecessary ones that we pre added for demo purposes note selected languages are conveniently presented as a dropdown menu when adding stores, products, custom messages, and other text informative settings across both your backend panels (admin & merchant) this streamlined approach ensures that details can be efficiently filled in for all the chosen languages, providing a seamless multilingual experience for example, if a customer selects spanish as their language, all products, messages, and store information will appear in spanish customize/translate ordering apps & website after enabling languages under the language client option, select language choose the language in which you want to modify the pre existing texts of your ordering apps and ordering website customising the text for the desired fields customize translations in the selected language for instance, if you choose spanish from the dropdown step above, you can now modify all the spanish translations pre filled through the default google translation you can modify nearly all the texts that appear on your customer ordering website and ordering apps under each designated heading, such as "welcome," "login," "otp," "signup," etc for quick navigation, utilize the table of contents located in the top right section lastly, click " save, " and the language setting is successfully configured frequently asked questions (faqs) how can customers change their language on the website or app? customers can update their language settings at any time by navigating to the profile section of the website or mobile app from there, they can select their preferred language from the list of available options, and the view will update automatically does the platform support rtl (right to left) languages? yes the platform fully supports rtl languages such as arabic, hebrew, and persian when you enable and set an rtl language, the entire customer facing interface automatically adjusts to right to left format this ensures a natural, seamless experience for users who read in rtl languages can the translations for a language be changed or edited? you have full control over the terminology used across your platform to modify existing translations, navigate to settings > languages > language client in your admin panel and select the language you wish to edit once you have chosen the language you want to adjust, you can manually update the text as per your preference how can i change translations or add a new language to the merchant panel? to modify existing translations or add a language that is not currently available on the merchant panel , you must contact a hyperzod representative the language settings found within your admin dashboard are designed to manage translations for customer facing platforms (such as your websites and mobile apps) only
