Notification
To the left, click on "Settings"
Then, click "Notification"
Here, you can configure and personalize various notification types such as SMS, Email, and Push notifications for your platform. Before diving in for SMS/ Email, ensure your SMS and Email service providers are configured properly for seamless communication.
Under the Notification Settings, select "Template Settings"
Here, you can enable notifications for various order statuses and user & permission invites delivered via Email. Customize the templates for each notification type to ensure they align with your platform's branding and communication style.
- To activate or deactivate notifications, simply toggle the corresponding switch.
- Customize Template: Edit notification templates for SMS & Email notifications. Enter recipients separated by commas and utilize order tags to incorporate order information. Preview your customized message alongside the editing interface.

Under the Notification Settings, select "Channel Settings"
Here, you can configure Email and SMS settings. Customize your business email for sending notifications and set up your SMS service provider for efficient SMS notification delivery.
Choose a tone provided to notify merchants on both the merchant app and merchant web panel about new incoming orders based on preference. You can opt for either a long or short sound. Similarly, select a tone for your Admin panel.
