to send sms and email notifications using your own branding, you need to configure your preferred service providers in the system follow these steps log in to the admin panel navigate to settings > notifications switch to the channel settings tab select your preferred sms provider and email provider from the available list enter the required provider credentials (such as api keys, sender id, etc ) save the configuration once configured, all sms and email notifications will be sent using your selected providers and branding settings
