distance) and when distance and time tracking should start, either at task assignment or after pickup distance calculation method select between gmap (straight line) or actual distance (route based) for determining rider incentives based on distance traveled and time spent bonuses starting point for distance travelled calculation specify whether the calculation for rider incentives, considering distance traveled, begins from the point of assignment to the rider or from the order pickup location time incentive calculation starting point define whether the calculation for rider incentives, based on time spent, initiates from the assignment of the order to the rider or from the moment the order is picked up from the store map settings set the default map location and navigation app for agents default location set the primary location used for map related operations default navigation app choose the navigation app agents will use for directions (e g , google maps or waze) integrations manage third party integrations required for autozod to enable features like maps and number masking api keys manage google maps and firebase api keys to ensure proper functionality of maps and notification alerts in the driver app number masking settings you can now make the required configuration to use masked numbers for communication between riders and customers, and riders and merchants also, note that it's mandatory to use twilio or exotel, as number masking is only possible through them configure the account sid and auth token you will find these details on the twilio dashboard the next step is the configuration of the webhook you can copy the webhook from the autozod panel settings now, go to the twilio dashboard > phone number > active numbers select the number to configure the webhook (please note that voice must be enabled for these numbers ) configure the webhook url with the one copied from the autozod panel, and complete the other configurations as mentioned in the screenshot below after the configuration is completed, you can test the number masking feature note since two numbers are utilized for one active order, we recommend purchasing at least three numbers additionally, if there are three active orders, they will need six twilio numbers once the orders are delivered, the numbers will be free and can be used for another order if twilio numbers are less than the required numbers for those orders, number masking won't work, and customers or drivers will get calls from the original contact number billing & notifications this section allows you to configure webhooks for event updates within autozod and driver payout settings to settle payments to drivers webhooks the webhooks section allows you to send real time updates from autozod to external systems whenever specific events occur select the event type (e g , task assigned, task status updated) enter your webhook url (endpoint where data will be sent) click create webhook, and once configured, autozod will automatically send event data (payloads) to your specified endpoint whenever the selected event occurs payouts manage driver payments and payout reporting configure stripe connect for drivers to ensure automatic payouts the system will calculate the driver’s commission and transfer the amount directly to the driver’s connected stripe account without any manual intervention you can refer to the driver payouts https //help hyperzod com/driver payouts#select your desired payout method guide to learn how to configure stripe connect for enabling automatic driver payouts agent commission the agent commission section allows you to define how drivers are paid for each completed delivery agent commission calculation enable/disable calculating driver payouts choose the default commission logic fixed per order or based on distance traveled/time spent rider's distance/time based payout configuration define the minimum wage and configure how much drivers are paid based on the range and the rates per kilometer travelled to fulfill the order minimum wage set a minimum wage to ensure riders receive a base amount per order, regardless of calculated incentives for example, if a calculation yields $6 but the minimum wage is set to $10, the rider receives $10 for that order distance based incentives define ranges and rates per mile/kilometer traveled to fulfill delivery orders example for a 12 mile order, calculate incentives based on each range $15 for 0 5 miles range with a rate of $3 per mile, $25 for a 5 10 miles range with a rate of $5 per mile, and $16 for the remaining 2 miles for 10 20 miles range with the rate of 8$ per mile, resulting in a total incentive of $56 for that order similarly, click on "add slab" to create additional distance ranges time based incentives add additional incentives on top of distance based incentives if orders are delivered within specified timeframes corresponding to the set distance ranges example if a rider completes a 3 mile order in under 5 minutes, they receive an extra $5 bonus, aligned with the 0 5 mile range set within a 5 minute timeframe similarly, for an 8 mile order delivered in less than 12 minutes, the rider earns an additional $10 bonus, reflecting the 5 10 mile range within a 12 minute timeframe similarly, click on "add slab" to specify corresponding timeframes for bonuses
