this feature is tailored to streamline your business operations by allowing you to download comprehensive reports for driver payouts effortlessly export all your drivers' commission data to facilitate accurate billing processes and manage financial transactions seamlessly navigating to the task history page within the autozod panel, in the left side menu, click on the task history section task summary at the top of the page, you will see a summary section that gives you a quick overview of your tasks based on the selected date range a task refers to a delivery job, which includes picking up an order from a location and delivering it to the customer total tasks total number of tasks created pending tasks that are not yet completed completed tasks that have been successfully delivered cancelled tasks that were cancelled date filter choose the date range to view the driver's commission reports for the selected period search bar utilize the search bar to quickly find specific orders using order id and click on the eye button to access detailed order information export driver's payout reports to export the order data in excel format for further analysis or record keeping purposes, click on the download button understanding the task list all tasks display important details each row represents one task and includes the following order id unique id for each task created at shows when the task was created pickup location the location from where the order is picked up drop location the delivery destination (customer location) assigned agent shows which agent is handling the task if no agent is assigned, it will show unassigned task status shows the current state of the task, such as created, completed, etc actions click the eye icon to see more details about the task viewing task details when you click on the eye icon, you can see complete details about that specific delivery task information at the top, you will see key details about the task created at shows when the task was created time total time taken for the task distance distance between pickup and drop location driver commission earnings for the agent for that task pick and drop locations you can review the pickup and drop locations for the task proof of pickup the "proof of pickup" feature allows the driver to click an image of the order at the time they pick up the order from the merchant proof of delivery the "proof of delivery" feature allows the driver to click an image of the order at the time of delivery before handing it to the customer you can enable "proof of pickup" and "proof of delivery" by navigating to the admin panel > apps > autozod and enabling the toggle for the settings as needed these settings help in verifying successful delivery and can be used to resolve disputes related to missing items or cases where the customer claims the order was not delivered task status timeline this section shows the complete journey of the task step by step requests (agent activity) this tab shows which agents were notified for the task and their response accepted agent accepted the task expired agent did not respond in time
