Segmentation
This setting allows categorizing your customers into groups based on specific criteria such as total number of orders, total completed order value, average order value, and other provided filters. This allows you to run targeted marketing campaigns and create strategies tailored to each group, improving customer engagement and maximizing business results.
To the left, click on "Customers"
Then click "Segmentation"
- Click on "Create Segment" to create a new one
- Enter a unique "Segment Name" for easy identification.
- Add Filter: Click on "Add Filter" and select a filter from the list (e.g., Total Number of Orders).
- Set the Condition: Choose a comparison operator (e.g., Is Greater Than, Less Than, or Equal To) for your selected filter.
- Enter Value: Enter the desired value for the selected filter to define your criteria.
- Add Conditional Logic: To build a more specific segment, add multiple filters to create conditional logic.
- Lastly, click "Save" to create your segment. Customers who meet the defined criteria will automatically appear in the segment.
From the list of segments, click on a segment name to review the customers included.
Use the quick action buttons to Edit or Delete a segment directly from the list.
