Add a delivery agent
the "agents" section of your autozod dashboard is where you manage your entire team of delivery drivers here, you can add new agents to your fleet, edit their information, and manage their account status navigating to the agents page within the autozod panel, in the left side menu, click on the “agents” icon to navigate to the "agents" page team overview at the top of the page, you will see a summary section that gives you a quick overview of your team total agents total number of agents added active now agents currently online and available on task agents currently delivering orders offline agents not active at the moment adding a new agent to add a new delivery agent, click on "add new agent " fill the basic details fill in the basic details of the agent, such as their name, email address, and contact number (with country code) you will also need to create a password for their login optionally, you can also upload a profile photo of the agent note the signup button is also available on the driver apps for any rider to register note if a driver signs up on their own using the driver app, they will be set to “suspended” by default to allow them to start using the app and accept deliveries, the admin must manually change their status to “active” from the agents section managing agent settings once an agent is created, you will see several options next to their profile these controls help you manage how the agent is set up and operates on the platform duty status (availability control) this toggle controls whether the agent is available to take orders activate/suspend riders this feature acts as an additional check for admins to approve a rider's registration, marking them as active, or suspending them at any time to prevent login in the future payouts this toggle allows you to enable instant payouts for the agent via stripe connect note to fully understand how driver payouts work, you can refer to the https //help hyperzod com/driver payouts#select your desired payout method for step by step setup and details edit agent details you can update agent information anytime click the edit icon update details like name or phone number, and click save searching agents finding a specific agent is quick and easy using the search bar option use the search bar to quickly find an agent by entering their name, email address, or phone number filters and layouts you can choose how you want to view your agents by switching between grid view and list view list view this view shows agents in a row wise format with complete information grid view this view displays agents as individual cards, making it easier to scan profiles visually status filter you can filter agents by active, inactive, and suspended to view only those that match your selection
