From the top bar, navigate to "Agents."



Click on "Add"



Enter basic information, including Email & Password for rider login credentials.

Note that the signup button is also available on the driver apps for any rider to register.

This feature acts as an additional check for Admins to approve a rider's registration, marking them as active, or suspending them at any time to prevent login in the future.

This feature acts as a top control to temporarily disable the duty status of riders, making them unavailable for delivery. You can also edit their information or delete them. Riders can also manage their duty status and edit their information directly from their driver apps.
