By continuously analysing customer interactions, browsing patterns, and purchasing activity, North intelligently recommends products that customers are more likely to purchase. From your Admin panel, navigate to the Settings and select North AI section.

You will see five individual placement toggles listed on the screen:

Locate the placement you want to manage and click its toggle to turn it ON or OFF.

This will ensure that the Product Recommendations start showing on Merchant PageMerchant page and the Merchant Recommendations on the Discovery PageDiscovery Page.

First, we're transforming your main discovery page. The new "Recommended For You" section will act as a personalised welcome mat for every user.

This feature helps customers discover new favourites, making your entire platform feel more vibrant and personalised.



Next, we're giving every one of your merchants a built-in sales expert. Inside each merchant's page, a new Recommended Products section will intelligently suggest items to add to the cart.

This is where the AI truly shines. It looks at their order history and the buying habits of thousands of similar users to make the perfect suggestion.



Frequently Paired recommendations intelligently suggest products that are commonly ordered together with the item selected by the customer. These recommendations are driven by product popularity and similar purchase patterns, helping businesses encourage additional purchases naturally during the ordering journey.

Instead of customers manually searching for additional items, the platform proactively recommends products that are highly relevant to their current selection.



Last Minute Add ons are quick product suggestions displayed just before the customer proceeds to checkout. These recommendations are designed to encourage impulse purchases and help customers add extra items to their order within seconds.

It opens a new screen that appears just before a customer proceeds to checkout, showing AI-suggested items they can add to their order with just one tap.



The Checkout Upsell feature displays relevant product suggestions during the checkout process based on the items currently added to the customer’s cart and overall purchasing trends. These AI-powered recommendations help encourage additional purchases right before the customer places the order.

The checkout stage is one of the highest-conversion points in the customer journey, as the customer already has strong purchase intent. Smart Checkout Recommendations help businesses take advantage of this stage by encouraging additional purchases before the order is completed.
